Enables the selection of the current printer/plotter, to be used by the Print-Plot command, or when printing reports. Setting paper size and other aspects of the printer/plotter setup are also catered for.
The File/Printer Setup command is selected from the Plan View Utilities task.

| Installed Printers | Display the list of installed printers and plotters. Select the required printer/plotter from the list and press OK to make it the current printer. |
| Options... | Display the options dialog box(s) for the printer/plotter selected in the installed printers list. For example, use the Options button to select the required paper size. Use the Help buttons in the Options dialog boxes for further assistance. |
| OK | Make the printer/plotter selected in the installed printers list the current printer, and close the dialog box. The current printer may be used to produce a plot using the File/Print-Plot command, or to print reports. |
| Cancel | Close the dialog box without altering the printer setup. |
