Clean Data Base

Removes deleted objects from the data base.

The Maintenance/Clean Data Base command is selected from the Utilities task.

This command will only appear on the menu if there are no data bases currently open.

Item	Used to
Look in	Select the folder in which the data base is located.
File name	Key in the name of the existing data base to be cleaned or to display a data base name selected from the list of displayed files.
Files of type	Only current version .SEE files can be selected for cleaning.
Clean	Displays a dialog box asking the user to confirm whether to permanently remove deleted objects. Yes to continue, No to Cancel.
Close	Closes the dialog box.

Once the Clean command is used, previously deleted objects can no longer be undeleted.
