Used to determine how the template should be drawn in the graphic display.
The Template Editor Layout command is selected from the Template Editor / Display / Layout menu.
The Layout has three states:-

Left: | Displays the template as it would appear if it was attached to the left side of the control line. |

Right: | Displays the template as it would appear if it was attached to the right side of the control line. |
 |
Both: | Displays the template as it would appear if it was attached to both the left and right sides of the control line. |
Only one state may be selected.
The Layout commands are only available if the graphic display
of the template is on.
