Setup Station

(This functionality is available with the Survey Live module)

Used to enter a total station instrument setup technique and station details.

The Setup Station page is accessed from the Setup activity.

Item	Used to
Technique:	Select the desired setup technique.
Control File:	Select the desired SEE control file, which contains the station and target points that you wish to use for the setup. Select None if the desired station and target points are in the currently open SEE project.
Browse...	Select the folder containing the desired control file.
Station ID:	Select the station setup point. Note: For Free Station technique, you must key in a new point ID. For the other techniques, you may key in or graphically select an existing point from the currently open SEE project plan window, or else select from the list of points in the control file (if a control file is selected).
Instrument Ht:	Enter the instrument's height above the setup point.
