Creates a new section marker.
Section markers can only be attached to a primary alignment; therefore this option will only be available if a primary alignment has been created.
The Create/Section Markers command can be selected from either the Computations task or the Profiles task when in a plan view.
On selecting this command, an appropriate dialog box will be displayed. The dialog box and the information required for the section marker creation depends on the currently active Section Marker Creation Method which is selected from the Method menu.
