Makes a primary alignment a secondary alignment.
This will only be active if a primary alignment without any secondary alignments is highlighted.
When a primary alignment is highlighted and the Relationships/Secondary command is selected, the Secondary Alignment dialog is opened. This dialog is used to select the primary alignment that the secondary alignment will be attached to.

| Alignment list: | List all primary alignments in the data base. |
| OK: | Attach the secondary alignment to the highlighted primary alignment in the list and close the dialog box. |
| Cancel: | Close the dialog box without applying the selection. |
| Help: | Display the help for this dialog. |
All chainages of the secondary alignment will automatically be updated to those of the selected primary alignment.
