Section Manager

The Window/Section Manager command is used to open the section manager.

Use the Section Manager to:

1. Establish relationships between alignments, designating which are to be primary alignments and which are to be secondary alignments.
2. To keep track of all types of profiles in the data set.
3. To maintain what profiles are displayed in which windows.
4. To create horizontal long sections.
5. To create points at section markers.

The Section Manager acts like an independent window. It is split vertically into two areas.

The left hand area displays in a tree structure, all of the alignments in the data base. It also displays all the profiles in the data set.

The right hand area displays in a tree structure, all currently open long section and cross section windows and their contents.
