Edit Raw File

(This functionality is available with the Input / Output module)

Allows you to edit your choice of Raw Files using the text editor that has been selected in the Utilities/Configure/Editor command.

Note that raw files are difficult for users to read and interpret as they usually contain cluttered information. Unless you are familiar with the structure of a raw file, it is always preferable to edit a Field file which can be created from the raw file. Refer to the Raw File and Field File topics.

The Resolve/Edit Raw File command is selected from the Field Transfer task.

You may use the Edit Raw File dialog box to select an existing RAW file to be edited.

Select the required folder from the Look in: field. Then select the RAW file from the list box. Click the OK button to open the RAW file.
