Checks the Adjustment Control File for any problems which will prevent a horizontal least squares adjustment being properly performed.
A Report screen of the preliminary adjustment is produced. Any problems found are reflected in a comment at the end of each problem observation in the report.
As part of this process, a full adjustment is attempted to enable the best possible co-ordinates of the floating points to be generated prior to the check being performed.
You should rectify these problems in the adjustment control file before performing your final adjustment using the Horizontal/Adjust command.
