Sets the region size to be used when indexing the data to speed up a process.
The selected region size forms the upper limit for the number of points in any one of the regions.
Selecting an appropriate region size maximises the speed of processing and enables virtually any size data set to be modelled, filtered or volumes computed. Typically, a region size of between 250 and 1000 points will give the fastest modelling results, however, the best size to select will depend on the hardware being used and the amount of available memory.
