The system allows the use of third party developed executables for transferring data to or from the system within the data conversions task.
The following Data Conversion commands can be supported by user executables.
Install User Executable Conversions dialog box

| Conversion name: | Enter the name to be given to the conversion in the installed list. |
| Executable File name: | Enter the path and name of the user executable to be installed.
Alternatively use the Browse Button to navigate to the user executable. It is recommended that you keep any user executables in the same folders. |
| Extension: | Enter the extension to be given to conversion files of this type. |

| Iconised | Select if the user executable is to run in an iconised state. |
| Normal | Select if the user executable is to run in a normal state. |
| No Parameters | Select if the user executable requires no input. |
| OK | Close the dialog box and add the conversion to the installed list. |
| Cancel | Close the dialog box without adding the conversion to the installed list. |
There is a developer's kit available from Leica to assist third parties in the development of user executables. Consult your local Leica representative.
