Imports data from an XML file which has Cant (super elevation) values into LISCAD.
The XML file will require
CoordGeom: Horizontal details of the main alignment
Profile: Chainages and Elevations of the Main Alignment
Cant: Includes details such as Gauge, AppliedCant, Chainage
The main Alignment also needs to be verified that is refers to the Centreline of 2 rails or some other line
