Imports a Civilcad Dump file.
Refer also to the Import dialog box topic.
Select the "CivilCAD Version 7" check box if the CivilCAD exchange file you are importing was produced from CivilCAD 7 or later, otherwise do not select this check box. A version 7 or later CivilCAD file can have point ID's of up to 16 characters, whereas the earlier versions have point ID's with a maximum of 5 characters. If you incorrectly match this setting to the file being imported, the results will be incorrect.
The Civilcad layer and associated information in the Dump file is used to define the group and contourable attributes. For Civilcad strings, the Civilcad layer is matched to the code in the code table to define the other line attributes. For Civilcad points, the Civilcad point code is matched to the code in the code table to define the other point attributes.
