Imports data from ArcInfo.

The file to be imported must be an ArcInfo "Ungen Points file" or an ArcInfo "Ungen Line File".
Note that if the "Alternate Coding" check box is selected, the ArcInfo user identifiers are treated as feature codes by the system, and the point identifiers are system generated. Otherwise, the ArcInfo user identifiers are treated as point identifiers and all points and lines are imported using the DEFAULT code.
