(This functionality is available with the Input / Output module)
Exports data to Geocomp Points and String files. You should ensure that you use numeric feature codes if you plan on exporting to Geocomp, as that system does not support alpha feature codes.

Files with the following extensions are automatically created.

A circle is output for any symbol(s) on a point that have a name which includes the word "tree" or "circle". Also if a point has two symbols attached to it (i.e. for a tree to indicate the trunk and the spread) then both of these circles will be output.
Please Note: Symbols will only be output if they are in Ground.
