These controls allow the user to enter a Line Identifier.

- Keyboard entry of an existing line number.
- Can snap/accept to an existing line. The rubber-band
will be connected to the closest end-point of the string selected.
Depending on the application, the line which can be selected may
be restricted. For instance if the application requires an arc to
be selected, only arcs can be selected via a snap/accept.

- Displays the sense of direction of the line
as selected.
- If the line number has been entered from the
keyboard, the sense of direction will be from the start of the line.
This can be disabled or enabled via
Edit Tool Tips.
