Edit/Alignments/Join

(This functionality is available with the Computations module)

Joins two contiguous alignment objects into a single alignment.

Item	Used to
Main Alignment:	Select the alignment that is to have another alignment attached.
Associated Alignment:	Select another alignment that is to be joined to the alignment.
Join	Join the selected alignments.

Note: When the alignments are joined the Associated Alignment adopts the attributes of the Main Alignment.
